 Golden Luxe Arena Before & After School Program

Golden Luxe Arena’s Before & After School Program is a supervised recreational youth program designed to give students a safe, active, and engaging place to spend their time before and after school. This program is not licensed childcare and does not operate as a daycare or child day care center. Our focus is recreation, enrichment, skating, and positive social experiences.

Students enjoy a variety of supervised activities including skating, games, STEM stations, trampoline park access, homework time, and social enrichment. Our team provides structure, safety, and mentorship while maintaining a fun, active environment.

Golden Luxe Arena provides adult supervision during program hours. This program is recreational and does not provide licensed childcare, custodial care, or early childhood education services.

Participants must follow staff instructions to ensure a safe environment for all.

We expect all students to treat staff, peers, and the facility with respect.

Behaviors not permitted include: • Physical aggression or fighting • Bullying or harassment • Profanity or inappropriate language • Vandalism or theft • Ignoring staff directions • Any behavior that creates an unsafe environment

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

Parents/guardians must notify staff if their child will be absent or if their schedule changes. Students who miss 5 consecutive program days without communication may lose their enrollment spot.

Transportation is provided only to and from approved schools. Parents must inform both the school and Golden Luxe Arena of transportation arrangements and any changes. Golden Luxe Arena is not responsible for missed transportation due to unreported schedule changes.

Only individuals listed on the authorized pick‑up form may pick up a child. A valid photo ID may be required. A $15 late fee applies for every 15‑minute period after closing. Repeated late pick‑ups may result in dismissal from the program.

Snacks may be provided during the after‑school portion of the program. Parents should inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect participation. Children who are sick or contagious should not attend. If a child becomes ill or injured, staff will contact a parent or emergency contact. Emergency services may be called if needed.

Golden Luxe Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Children should avoid bringing valuables or expensive electronics.

Skating and other activities are recreational and may vary based on schedules, facility availability, and safety conditions. Students must follow all rink safety rules.

In an emergency, staff will contact parents or emergency contacts as soon as possible. Emergency medical services may be contacted if necessary.

Program fees must be paid according to the established payment schedule. Failure to remain current may result in suspension or loss of enrollment. Refunds are issued only at management’s discretion.

Unless a parent/guardian submits a written opt‑out request, Golden Luxe Arena may use photos or videos taken during program activities for promotional purposes.
