Golden Luxe Arena offers a private, structured Field Trip Program designed exclusively for schools, camps, and youth organizations. All field trips take place outside of our normal public hours, giving your group full access to the arena in a safe and controlled environment.
Private parties are not included in this program. For private party pricing, please contact us directly.
Schools may bring their own snacks or lunches with prior approval.
Jump Add‑On: $4 per person, includes required jump socks.
Lunch Add‑On: $5 per child, includes pizza and a drink.
Bumper Cars Add‑On: $75 added to the total if your group would like bumper cars turned on.
All students must complete the standard attendee waiver. All chaperones must complete a separate chaperone waiver, which is different from the student waiver.
Field trips are available on weekdays during non‑public hours. Morning and early afternoon time blocks are offered. Early booking is recommended.
Most schools are tax‑exempt. To receive tax‑exempt pricing, the school must provide a valid tax‑exempt certificate, and payment must be made directly by the school using a school check, school card, or purchase order. If payment is made by an individual, sales tax must be applied.
